The only way to even get 32k weapons in Minecraft is to use a hacked client. So effectively the only way to get these weapons would be to backdoor your own server, but then in order to handle them you continue using a hacked client. On top of this you may not be able to do any of this if your server has an anticheat, if you do you might want to disable it, or it may cause problems when trying to obtain these weapons.

Please read this site before processing the command, try to remember the enchantment ID: https://www.digminecraft.com/lists/enchantment_list_pc.php
For that case, the default command you'll need to type is:
"/give @p <item> 1 0 {ench:{[id:<enchantment_id>,lvl:<value>}]}"
For example: A command which will give player diamond sword with sharpness 10000:
"/give @p diamond_sword 1 0 {ench:[{id:16,lvl:10000}]}", as 16 is the Sharpness enchantment ID.

One thing to note is that if you're looking for modded enchantments, the ID's are usually found in the debug.log file, WAAAAYYY down there.

actually, no, you can either use a like 300000000000000 letter long command, or you can use the crazy enchants plugin, for a sharp 32k sword you would type /ce add sharpness 32767

if you have a server with essentials, go in the essentials config and then change unsafe-enchantments to true, and then take a weapon and then do /enchant sharpness 32767 (or the enchantment you want).

i have never problems whit anticheat on my server becase there is no anti chaet
