I wrote this thread so ask if you would like to add a plugin called Craft Control Legacy.
Plugin Description:

Its the best plugin for creating recipes since you can add custom items as recipes which you can't in others recipe plugins.

You can add shaped, shapeless and furnace recipes.

And There are 2 plugins with similar names but 1 is for 1.8-1.12(Which is this) And Other for 1.13+

wait what are the conditions for a plugin to be added ?
And Even tho its not popular but u can add and block recipes for both furnace and crafting table and use nbt tags of items to allow only certain items to be used to craft certain items
