How do I add 'vanilla tweaks' by xisumavoid to my aternos server?

    I would like to install xisumavoid's vanilla tweaks into my server. However, it does not require forge and can work in optifine as well. However, I am not sure how to install these mods to my aternos server. Could you please help?
