Could you add the plugin Cruelty?? i mean, the plugin punismental is here, and this is similar, but adds some different stuff. It is on Dev.Bukkit.Org. Just a request.

Quick Description: It is a LOT like Punishmental, it allows you to change the location of items in players hotbars, fake a players death, teleport players to another dimension (though it requires the plugin ProtocolLib), play some unexpected sounds through the players speakers, and a bit more.Hope that description was good enough...

Thanks. For your info: only dev.bukkit.org plugins can be added, but this plugins is available on dev.bukkit.org so no problem
