How can I allow flexible and accurate block placement with tweakeroo on aternos server?

So I want to use block orientations in aternos but they dont work for some reason. I have carpetmod on my server and it's cactus orientation works but tweakeroo's doesn't. Is it some kind of anticheat that causes this or what.

Or does it work with others and then the cause is most likely my settings in tweakeroo.
