Hello there! Here's how you get to your plugin files!
Note: You cannot upload your own plugins, all plugins are from http://dev.bukkit.org/
1st, go to the top of your screen and you will see a little blue box.

2nd, click the little arrow, then click "Files & Plugins"

3rd, Once there, you should get this

4th, click "Install Plugins"

5th, once there you should see something like this

6th, once you are there, click a plugin you want!
