a problem i have with tinkers construct

hello im having problems with the mod tinkers construct. i need mantle for it yes i instaled it but i dont seem to finda matching version and when i tried with the closest this appeared. i tried to go to 1.12.1 but it said ''outdated client. please use 1.12.2. im not sure if anyone is going to see this but if someone does what should i do ?

edit: found that mantle doesnt have a 1.12.2 versions and tinkers con. doesnt have 1.12.1 versions
