[REQ] iZone Basics

Hello!

I would like to have the plugin "iZone Basics" by DoingItWell added to the plugin list. It's like Worldguard, but less intensive and generally easier to use. It is for 1.7.2, but I can confirm that it's fully functional in 1.8.
