Hello, we were playing on the survival server I set up with my friends, but it started to be day and night as if someone had written it on the console, at first there was no problem, but then it started to be day and night by itself. I did not give my account to anyone.

That day-night cycle is normal and standard in Minecraft. If you don't want that you should use /gamerule DoDaylightCycle false when it's either day or night.
