I would love it if you could add this plugin called "MCBans". It adds a better banning system to your server and only allows certain players to join your server depending on their reputation from other servers. If you globally ban someone it will get shown publicly at www.mcbans.com and whenever they join another server with the MCBans plugin it will tell that server that they are banned on yours. There are also local and temporary bans, local bans mean that it only bans you on that server and does not affect your reputation or anything, temporary bans are that same as local but have an expiration date.
