Problem in download save(late world)

Hello,
I downloaded my world that was on the server. So that the download save camemissing constructions I did. For example: Build a tower and I downloaded when openon my computer tower had not been built. Anyone know what might have happened? I did downlod the save and not backup

Hello Andreas,
I did what you said, but still with the same problem. The save the world is in one specific point, regardless of how I play or attempt to modify. Ran the command in the console and the game itself with Administrator, however remains the same.
Would any other solution?
