Suggesting mod doesn't work even though the URL is correct

So I tried to suggest this mod called Better Minecraft for Aternos. I was suggesting this because yesterday i spent around 4 hours searching for a server host that supports fabric and this mod or has fabric and supports custom mods. When i tried to suggest it to Aternos, it just says The URL you entered is not a valid plugin/mod URL. I would really like if you guys could help in some way because i can't play this mod on singleplayer because my computer runs singleplayer at around 10 fps and the best being 20. Thanks.
