The game keeps kicking me out of my server

so, i've been looking for help for a whole week since i created a server to play with a friend, there's only two of us, at the beggining it all went well, but like an hour later it started giving me problems, my game suddenly stops and crash no matter what i'm doing, launcher says game stoped working and an error ocurred, my server console only says "player lost connection: disconnected" i checked everything out, but still don't know what could be the problem, i can't play more than fives minutes or less before it kicks me out. btw my friend plays on bedrock, i'm on java, and they have no problem joining and playing, please help me, i don't know what else to do or where to ask, i just want to play with my friend
