Could you add the Disease plugin for Spigot? It works for 1.10 and 1.10.2, and it adds diseases and a few injuries which make Minecraft harder for players- It can give them debuffs and kill them. There are cures too, and treatments, as well as vaccines and immunity. It also adds weapons relating to biological warfare. It's kind of a popular plugin.
