Why work the worldguard and the faction plugin yet?

Make sure, that you installed the right version of Bukkit and the Plugins and make sure, that they are compatible at each other.

These plugins are not there for cb 1.7 faction called for cb 1.6.4 but only worldguard for cb 1.4.7 and also when I've put my server on cb 1.6.4 did the faction plugin not

Make sure you install the .jar for any plugin, however essentials use .zip!
