why is there no towny and mcmmo for 1.17.1? better if u can make it so we can insert plugins using files but there isnt

yo hi zhapii!!! same we NEED towny and mcmmo!! mcmmo is not free tho i need towny more than mcmmo + we cant play files server(the files one in the computer) cuz it gets stuck on connecting to server and we both are poor

why is there no towny and mcmmo for 1.17.1?
For Towny Advanced plugin, it is not available on Aternos plugin list because it can't be downloaded directly from its spigot page.
Secondly, we can't add paid plugins so mcMMO isn't there.better if u can make it so we can insert plugins using files but there isnt
