Mo Creatures Mod Issue

    I am trying to use the mo creatures mod in my 1.12.2 modded world/Aternos server. When I load into the game, the animals/creatures do not show up. I just see their shadow. I am not sure if this issue is something with the mod, my minecraft, or the server. I play on this world with my friend too, and they cannot see the creatures either. Can anyone help?
