Mobs Not Spawning Properly

Hello all,

I have a server with a few friends, and we started in not too long ago. We are playing on 1.19.4.

I've noticed that the natural mob spawning is comically low, like when we were fighting the ender dragon and went end busting for elytras, there were literally NO Enderman in all of the end. This persists to this day. This also applies to the overworld, where there is little to no NATURAL mob spawns I've seen like, 2 skeletons walking around in caves about once, but other than that,…
