Question with essentials

Hey guys, i think this is a "stupid" question, but where sould i paste the essentials,yaml from the wiki http://wiki.ess3.net/cfg/?
Just in the configs or some other where.

The config file was create but something is worng. When is was watching how to make shops with essentials, i dont found
the part in the configs where you can remvoe the #. http://wiki.ess3.net/cfg/ is much longer and im my configs is for exsample not:
enabledSigns: #- color #- balance #- buy #- sell #- trade #- free #- disposal #- warp #- kit #- mail #- enchant #- gamemode #- heal #- info #- spawnmob #- repair #- time #- weatherSo sould i copy this to my configs or not?
