Items disappearing from furnaces, loot fabricator etc. in ATM7

Hey guys, my friends and I have been playing on a server with All The Mods 7 installed, however we notice one MAJOR problem when we play. Items disappear from blocks such as the furnaces from the Iron Furnaces mods, or from the Loot Fabricator and Simulation Chamber from Hostile Neural Networks. Does anyone know a way how to fix it or are we stuck with "Make sure to empty everything and hope that the server does not crash"? Because this happens on both normal server closes and server crashes
