Hello, I've Been Playing With My Friends, And When I Restart The Server Last Time Its Got Laggy, And After One More Restart Someone Named Destroyer_30303 Or Anything Idk Remember, Joined To The Game After He Joined To Server, Our Internet Connections Got Lower, And Bots Start Come To The Server, We Tried To Restart 1-2 Times After That Server Got Normal Form ( By The Way We Enabled WhiteList Or Bots Are Still Continue To Come Server) . And I Think I'm Got DDOS . Is It True ? Thanks .

Is your server cracked?

That's the main problem here. Assuming your server got botted by McDown, that uses cracked accounts to target your server. Servers in online-mode do not get this issue. I can only advise you to either turn off cracked (and buy the game, as anyone should simply do in the first place.) or to find a working anti-bot plugin.
