I have a server that I play on with my friends from around the world, and it was created in Russia. People in the Philippines and Brittan can see skins, but me and my friend in the US can't. Is there a reason this is happening? If so how can I fix it? Thanks

The players that do see skins are probably using a client side mod for that.
