Either I just cannot find Essentials Chat or it is not on the plugin list. You cannot set up prefixes/suffixes or tags without it. I've looked but cannot find it or it is not even in the plugin list but please add it if it is not in the list. Link to essentials chat: https://hub.spigotmc.org/jenkins/job/spigot-essentials/ I don't know about Bukkit.

We can only add plugins that are directly available at DevBukkit or SpigotMC.
