I keep getting kicked, along with crashing.

I am running a modded minecraft server on 1.16.5 using forge. I have 79 mods installed in a modpack that I am using, and it seems to run completely fine outside of the aternos server I run! The server ran fine on my end last night, but I just tried to join a little while ago and every few minutes, my screen will freeze. After a few moments, it takes me to a screen that says one of the three things i've seen it say, the main two being along the lines of "connection lost, timed out," and "internal exception: an established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine." It isn't my internet as I have done multiple tests, and I'm just not sure what else I can do to fix this problem. I'm missing out on playing with my friends and I feel terribly left out.

I launch forge 1.16.5 through the curseforge app, btw! Idk if that means anything. I may try to open it through the regular MC launcher and see if that changes things. I doubt it. My friends were having the same problem last night, but mine ran fine when I played. And now today, i'm having this problem, and my friend's are running fine. I am so confused.
