Millenaire Multiplayer Issue

Alright so i've downloaded Millenaire mod into Aternos version 8.1.1 Just like the ones i have in my .minecraft/mods folder, in singleplayer i can find villages pretty quickly with the V key telling me which direction i look at and direction/meters it says of how far from one

But when i go to multiplayer with my friend we take ages and never find one neither does the V key work, keeps saying that we ain't even close to a 2km one and doesn't say which direction or where i should go to like SIngleplayer, is there anyway of how i can fix this?
I use Forge and 1.12 version
i've also used this in console /gamerule doMobSpawning true
and nothing happend
