You need to set special generator settings and a world type.

I assume the issue is that you did not set the correct NS records at freenom to use it with namecheap.
To control the CubeXMC.tk on namecheap you have to set the nameservers / NS records on CubeXMC.tk level to your assigned namecheap NS servers.

Since you're on Fabric the issue is probably related to one of the installed mods.
Remove the mods one by one from your server.
Every time you remove a mod from your server, you need to restart it, then check if the problem still occurs.
If the problem doesn't occur anymore, know that it was probably due to the mod you last removed.
Always be sure to have a backup of your server before changing anything. This video might help you:
