i just did what aternos did in the yt tutorial,i used dropbox,copied the link,went to options and pasted it on the resource pack thing,i changed the last 0 to 1, turned on Required Resource pack did i do anything wrong?
That's what you need to do for Java Players.
If you want Geyser players to have a resource pack too you have to do some additional steps since Bedrock resource packs work differently.

Does the issue persist if you temporarily switch to Vanilla?
If no, the issue is probably related to your installed plugins.

got forge and all that got spigot too
Either you have Forge or Spigot. You can't have both.
If you want a software that supports mods and plugins you have to use Mohist.
Delete the .jar files from the mods folder on your computer.
I don't know if it works on incognito
try it out?
You can open the server.properties on the files page and increase the view distance a bit.
Does the issue persist in incognito mode?

Share the log using the share button on the log page.
On BDS there's not that much you can do. Maybe removing addons.
On PM you can remove plugins.
But in general I'm not aware that RAM is an actual issue on Bedrock Edition servers.
