What you need here is BungeeCord which we don't support.

Do you have the same problem on vanilla?

Then try to remove plugin by plugin from your server and check each time when the problem is gone.

Afterwards you known which plugin causes the trouble.

Remove the betterhud mod

Your client isn't running on the correct version.

As the message says your server is being restarted to adjust the general load of Aternos.
