As you already found out, there is no way to upload a bedrock edition world on a pocketmine server.
They use different world formats which are not compatible to each other. There is no known way to convert worlds.

I checked your server, it looks it's related to your world and the general 1.14 problems.
You probably need to start over with a new world.

Then it's maybe a internal problem with the mod VoxelMap, try to remove it

You can have to configure PermissionsEx properly.
You can find it's configuration file on the files page.

Bugs get fixed, other bugs occur. We can not really change that.
You can report them here: https://bugs.mojang.com
Or just wait for an update
