Right now the bedrock server software does allow to install addons but not to activate them, therefore it does not really make sense to support them from our side

It's on our watchlist but right now there are no plans to add it.

The server can not stay on starting for an hour. The server status get's reset to offline/crashed if it stays on starting for longer than 10 minutes

You're probably logged in on the other account.

You can not create a server without an account.

Download your world, add the datapack, upload the world again.

Your server is running on Spigot 1.8, so you may have more luck with an older version of essentials

Your server is running on vanilla.

You installed the 1.14.3 version of BOP on your server.

Use essentialsX, it includes essentialschat

Then it is probably a bug in the plugin. Try to contact the plugin creator.

Switch your server back to the version you want to play and start your server.

Then share your server log using the share button on the log page.
