What is your Aternos username?

This was probably related to an outage on our site which happened around that timeframe.

Do you see a connection attempt in the server log?

Please tell me when exactly this happened and the aternos username of the server

Probably the website your resource pack is hosted on or the resource pack itself is broken
What's the url of your server resource pack set on the options page.

Go to worlds page and click the generate button.
Enter RTG into the world type field and leave the other settings default. Complete the pop up clicking generate again.
Then start your server

it says to use the google icon, which i ended up doing but then it leads me to creating a server.
Make sure that you're logged in into the same google account which you used to register your account

If you have a different inventory on the client and on the server you the uuids on the client and on the server are different.
Ended up just starting up the server, putting everything in a chest, and then clearing the different inventory once on my local client.
So I assume your problem is solved?

Did you add the plugins again?

According to that log no one joined the server.
Please share the log after one of your friend who has this problem tried to join.
Also it would be good to know what error message they get on their screen

Do you have a cracked minecraft account? Make sure that you enabled cracked then.
