Which command do you use with the command block?

You have to find out your server uuid. You can see it in the console when you join your server.
Then you need to switch into the playerdata folder and rename the file with the server uuid with the uuid used on the client.
I would recommend you to just cheat the items using /give or creative mode

This is the same for all current and future curseforge mods.
Also the reason why you can not find it is that you just mistyped it.
You searched for charmeleon, but the mod name is chameleon.
Can't you give time for the person who made the thread to give a response?
No. We have much other stuff to do out of checking mod requests which are also much more important
