In that log the server stopped normally after the last player left the server.

Common reasons for running out of memory are too many worlds and too many plugins.

Another common thing is that you have a single, bad coded plugin that has something like a memory leak

Does the issue persist with the official launcher?

That log does not show any connection attempt to a server.

Try different versions of the installed mods. Maybe they're incompatible.

What is the address of the server in question?

Try removing simplerpgskills

Remove the mods one by one from your server.

Every time you remove a mod from your server, you need to restart it, then check if the problem still occurs.

If the problem doesn't occur anymore, know that it was probably due to the modification you last removed.

You probably don't have the same collection of mods installed on your computer as on the server.

Please note that also the versions of the mods and the version of forge must match
