Vermutlich sind die Plugins einfach nicht mit der neuen Spigot version kompatibel.

Every pack is tested before we added. Also at every update every pack gets tested again.
I tested it just for you again now, and I could not reproduce any problems.
If there is a bug in a mod which occurs under special circumstances we can not really change that.
