In order to use one of the world presets you need to go to the worlds page and click the generate button
Enter the generator-settings shown on github into the Generator field and the value for level-type into the Worldtype field. Next click generate.
Prestige is enabled by default on all Aternos Servers, if you experience problems with it try to execute
/prestige force enabled

This is a bug in the API we're using to fetch the plugins from spigotmc.org
