Actually the "generate"-Button generates a new world.
It does not rename anything.

Our system detects if a downloaded plugin is a zip file and unzips is if necessary.
But I probably found the cause for the problem. It happens if the plugin gets downloaded while the server is online and some other conditions are met.

1) Plugins are compiled java files, you can not edit them with a text editor.

1) This a modpack, not a mod
2) We had that modpack available in the past from ATL. We we're informed about security related problems with that modpack in the past and removed it then.

Das kann ich dir auch nicht sagen. Ich kenne leider nicht alle Plugins auf dieser Welt und weiß auch nicht welche, was und weshalb blockieren.
Du kannst versuchen Plugin für Plugin zu entfernen und dann zu sehen wann es wieder funktioniert, dann weißt du welches Plugin schuld ist.
Alternativ kannst du versuchen dir die spigotmc/bukkit Seiten deiner Plugins oder auch die Konfigurationen anzusehen und so herauszufinden welches der Verursacher ist
