As I say I have the latest version of the hexxit.
That doesn't answer my question.
We have multiple versions of hexxit available. One from curse and one from techniclauncher

I'm setting up an End themed server that uses Bedrock and Pocketmine. I'm able to connect just fine, but, when I go to world and put in the seed I want, then generate, it still keeps it as this weird default world.
I was able to set a seed without any problem, which seed did you try to use?
Plus, I can't find Eyes of Ender in my creative inventory, and when I craft it, I can't use them. What gives?

Yes, set the level-type in the server.properties to either hexlands or bophex for regular or biomes o' plenty worlds

I recommend you to disable the backup system for ForgeEssentials as it causes problems with the maximum file size on your server.
