I checked your log saw that you joined the server again. So it worked?
However I see that you got banned again.

There are currently no plans to increase the render distance for 1.14 servers.

offline-mode = cracked mode
You can change that setting on the options page. Only enable cracked mode if people with a cracked minecraft account are allowed to play on your server.
Also please note that changing that setting may cause loosing your playerdata like inventories, your position etc.

Please try to execute /pardon [username] on the console (https://aternos.org/console/)

As I said above this is to compensate one step to compensate the very very bad performance on the newer minecraft versions.

- Create a new world in multiverse.
- Stop your server
- Upload your world on the worlds page into the newly generated world folder

remove one of them
