Only 50mb? Soundpacks weight one helluva lot more than 50mb and they're just sounds... and mojang stated a 100mb on their wiki... weird.
Do you have a link to that?
The last time I checked the wiki referenced a 50mb limit.
I will try extracting and recompressing the RP, the resourcepack version should be 7 foir 1.17 right?

That's a bedrock bug in the latest versions of Bedrock.
Problem may disappear if you generate a new world.
