This looks like a problem with your server data caused by millenaire.
If you have a modpack try to start with a new world, if you have a custom modded server you could try to remove the millenaire mod as a first step.

According to the skyfactory wiki you need to enter prestige force enable to enable it and prestige force disable to disable it into the console
