Share your log:
1.) Go to your log on Aternos: https://aternos.org/log/
2.) Click on the big blue "Share" button on the top right
3.) Copy the link with (Ctrl + C or click on the "Copy" button)
4.) Send the link here. -
OTG requires your world to be renamend which is currently not possible on Aternos.
Only modpacks which use OTG can currently use their world presets

You need to install a server software which supports plugins.
Go to the software page and install bukkit/spigot or papermc

Just rejoin the queue. The waiting time is neither longer nor shorter due to this error

A Download feature for all server files is currently not planned.
If you want to use Backups you can use our Backup system. It saves your complete server, including plugins, mods etc.

If you need 100 plugins for your server you should consider if Aternos is the right hosting for you.
