I think he wants it back to how it kinda was previously where you only have x amount of time on server before it shuts down
That was never the case.
The server has never been kept online when it was empty.

^ I was able to play for like an hour and when i tried to go to the nether i got disconnected and could not connect again

What is your problem now?

Your world seems to be broken.
You can try to delete the corrupted chunk with a tool like mcedit, or just start over with a new world.

Biome Bundle/OTG requires to rename the default world folder which is not possible on Aternos.
The only way is to play a modpack which contains Biome Bundle or you pre generate the world on the client.
