Due to the way how modpacks are implemented at Aternos this is not possible.

Depending on what plugins you use for waypoints you can either set that in the configuration of that plugin or you have to install a permissions system.

There is a limit how many mobs can be alive at the same time.
Probably you're hitting that limit
