It's not possible to offer all users the default port, however you can use your aternos.me domain.
This domain always redirectes to the right port, so you don't need to remember your port.
(Unfortunately mcpe does not support that technology, therefore you still need the port for mcpe)

Because your browser is completely missing the privacy policy part...
That's probably the reason why you can't proceed, as you have to accept them.

This is probably caused by bug in a mod which only happens under special circumstances.
From our side we are not able to troubleshoot this.
If you really want to troubleshoot this, you would probably need to set up a server on your pc with the same world, mods, configs etc. and try to remove mod by mod to find out where it comes from.
However the chance that you get a bug like that fixed is nearly null.
