I successfully deleted the player file and it didn't fix anything.
You did that while the server is offline?
What is the address of the server in question?
Please share your client log.

Please try this:
- turn the server off
- remove all players from the OP list on the players page
- add the players again
- Start the server again

That has already been suggested and discussed in the past. There are currently no plans to support this. Use the share the access feature

When the suggest page says that we don't add it, then we don't add it.

Does that mean you were unable to delete the playerfile or that you succesfully deleted the playerfile but it didn't help?
