This thread is so long and you only communicated with smasher, so I assumed my help is not needed anymore.
Maybe you can tell me what your problem now is and what server software you use?

Please create a backup on the backups page and tell me your Aternos username, I'll delete the playerdata for you

Make sure that you click the confirm button at the end of the queue

Check your server log. Go to https://aternos.org/log, click the share button.
Follow the suggestions shown there or share the log with us by copy/pasting the link here

We only offer modpacks in their default configuration

Modpack requests take a longer time to process, usually multiple weeks.
If your modpack request is open without an answer it is probably fulfilling all basic requirements. The next step is a test implementation on our servers, which we do not do every week.

Make sure that you have the same mods, in the same version with the same config files installed on your client.

A mod/modpack might run just fine when you started to use it. But it can brake at any time. Cause the more you use it, the more RAM you need, and since aternos has a RAM limit (Cant rly complain, its free) then it will eventually give up and start to crash.
