What can cause this?You're using a modded server, it may be a bug or sth. like this.

switching between spigot/bukkit/vanilla does not delete any data if you don't use another pc version

So it might be related to the world

Go to the software page and install the bedrock server.
Please note that you can't keep your settings, world etc.
