Which server ip and which port did you enter in the minecraft app.

Skyfactory3 is known to be very heavy and a bit buggy, therefore it might not work very well on Aternos.
Normally we would remove such packs from our system, however our users wished to keep it available. -

1.13 is known to be very bad in performance. Try to switch to papermc and see if it gets better.

Check your server log. Forge server crashes are most times caused by missing dependencies or mod incompatiblity.
Go to the log page and click the share button. Follow the suggestions there, if it still does not work copy and paste the mclo.gs link here.
