1.13.2 is known to be very bad in performance.

Try to switch to papermc on the software page and see if it gets better.

Skyfactory3 is known to be very heavy and a bit buggy, therefore it might not work very well on Aternos.
Normally we would remove such packs from our system, however our users wished to keep it available.
