Fastcraft is a client only mod afaik.
Try to remove some mods.

No, it is not possible to increase the ram.
Modpacks, especially FTB packs, were created by modding pros who really know what they are doing.
The tweak the performance by developing side mods for the pack and optimate the configuration of the "stock" mods.
